The Trinity de Cartier collection originated with the design of the Trinity ring by Louis Cartier in 1924. The ring has three interlocking gold bands: yellow, white and pink. Each band symbolizes a different aspect of a relationship: the yellow gold represents fidelity, the white gold symbolizes friendship and the rose gold represents love. This timeless design has since become an iconic symbol of Cartier's craftsmanship and has grown into a broader collection, including bracelets, necklaces and other jewelry.
