Wit - Goud Vergulde brillen worden vervaardigd door middel van een zorgvuldig proces waarin een dunne laag goud op een metalen montuur wordt aangebracht. Het montuur wordt eerst voorbereid door grondig te polijsten en te reinigen om een gladde, zuivere basis te creëren. Vervolgens wordt het montuur ondergedompeld in een elektrolytisch bad, waarin een galvanisatieproces plaatsvindt. Hierbij hechten fijne deeltjes goud zich door elektrische stroom gelijkmatig aan het oppervlak van het metaal.
Het resultaat is een duurzame en luxueuze afwerking die niet alleen een elegante uitstraling geeft, maar ook beschermt tegen corrosie en slijtage.
