De Trinity de Cartier-collectie is ontstaan met het ontwerp van de Trinity-ring door Louis Cartier in 1924. De ring heeft drie in elkaar grijpende gouden banden: geel, wit en roze. Elke band symboliseert een ander aspect van een relatie: het gele goud staat voor trouw, het witte goud symboliseert vriendschap en het rosé goud staat voor liefde. Dit tijdloze ontwerp is sindsdien een iconisch symbool geworden van het vakmanschap van Cartier en is uitgegroeid tot een bredere collectie, waaronder armbanden, halskettingen en andere sieraden.
